Things you need to know before booking a shuttle service;

There are many "SHARED" van services which leave from the airport for about $15 per person and will take you to your hotel. Some "Shared" services congregate in a group on the airport's parking area at Cancun International Airport (CUN). The shared van "barkers" represent the first chance to attract unsuspecting, confused, tired, and sometimes foreign speaking travelers. A shared van "barker's" #1 goal is to get you into their van a.s.a.p. and your luggage in the secured back of the van. Once in the van, you are stuck waiting for the van to leave and are under the driver's control. You will be waiting for other passengers to fill the van before leaving and then you will stop at different hotels dropping other passengers like yourself. Depending on the traffic it could take hours before reaching your destination.

Once your group is formed by 4 or more people, a smaller PRIVATE limousine or Towncar may be more comfortable and cost about the same as a "shared" shuttle.
